About the event

Join the Texas Parks and Wildlife at Bradfield Village Pond on Saturday, Jan. 21, for a day of learning and fishing! Join in on theFlyer with child holding up a caught fish with detail about event fun with "how to" stations covering topics like knot tying and fly fishing 101. This will be the only day the pond will be open for "catch and keep." Participants can take home up to five fish per person! 

Bring your own Gear & Bait ( corn or yellow power bait balls, yellow or green) or worms. No prior fishing experience is required. An adult fishing license is required and are available through the TPWD App. Children of ages 16 and under do not require a fishing license.
