Conference/Meeting Rooms

There are several meeting areas in the City of Buda Municipal Complex that may be used by the public. When not being used by the Library or City Hall, the rooms are available to rent.

Please download and complete the Application and Facility Use Form or complete the Fill-In Form.  Once completed, email it to CHLReservations@budatx.gov to schedule a room.  

If you have questions regarding the rooms or need additional information, please contact the Library Staff or City Clerk

The Library also has several study rooms. These are available to individuals and small groups so they may meet or study in a space with limited distractions. Study rooms are not available for social, self-promotional, or commercial purposes, including for-profit tutors. People wanting to use a study room should check in at the circulation desk. To reserve a room in advance, please call the library during operating hours. For more information, please contact the Library Staff.
